Buying instructions

 

Nutty has a nationwide distribution network, and you can purchase Nutty products in the following ways:

1. Purchase online at Nutty.sg

1. Launch a web browser and navigate to www.nutty.sg.

2. To find products, use the search box or product categories.

3. View product information, choose a quantity, and add to basket.

4. Check your shopping cart and then press the "Checkout" button.

5. Log in or register for a new account.

6. Enter your shipping information and payment method.

7. Examine your order and make your payment.

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Purchase via Facebook, Zalo, or Phone

• Contact via phone or Zalo at 0947 465 019 to place an order. Nutty's staff will assist you and place orders for you.

• Purchase on Facebook at www.fb.com/nutty.sg. Only bank transfers and cash on delivery (COD) are accepted as payment methods.

• When you buy through Zalo or Facebook, you still get Nutty's Buddy member points and discounts.

 

3. Purchase at The Nutty House (at the heart of Saigon CBD)

• To purchase directly from The Nutty House, go to 76 Ham Nghi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

• Payment options include international credit card/ATM, bank transfer, and cash at the counter.

 

4. Purchase from Lazada, Shopee, or TiktokShop.

• Nutty offers online stores on sites such as Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok Shop.

• Orders placed through these exchanges, however, do not qualify for Nutty's Buddy points or discounts.

 

5. Purchase at the Nutty Booth in supermarkets

• Nutty sells its products at a variety of supermarkets, including Co.op Xtra, Co.op Mart, Winmart, Emart, GO, Finelife, Kingfood Mart, and CoopFood.

• Payment options at the counter include international credit card/ATM, bank transfer, and cash.

 

6. Purchase from other retailers, supermarkets, and agents

Aeon Mall, SATRA Mall, Satra Food, Bach Hoa Xanh, K-Market, FujiMart, Lan Chi Mart, Dabaco... also sell Nutty's items.
